How We Got Our Awards
In the spring of 2021, I sent off a bottle of I Bourbon to the Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards. 6 months later, I received a call from its Founder and CEO, congratulating me. He said, “We were so excited to see The Little Guy can beat The Big Guys! Congratulations to you, and to I Bourbon!” Sure, the medals and awards are nice, but what’s really special to me are the reviews from Whisky Advocate and Jim Murray’s Whiskey Bible, 2024. To receive 90 and 91 Points, respectively, from these true Bibles of whiskey tasting meant I have something very special.
